Since I came to Canada in 2015 (the only) jobs, I could land two successive contractual positions.

I was very frustrated as I soon found myself jobless and discouraged . . . These are the times when you psychologically reunite yourself with peer immigrants, and what group could I relate more to than the (Immigrant Researchers Support Network (IRSN) project of Access Alliance)!

I received an email from the IRSN coordinator about the Immigrant Insight Scholar Fellowship opportunity at Access Alliance . . .

(The) scope of work not only enriched my résumé but also reinvigorated my confidence and revived my self-esteem.

The mentorship and support I have received (made) this journey professionally an unparalleled experience . . . Having a full-time permanent position that promises to utilize an individual’s potential and capabilities is anyone’s dream; after almost 6.5 years (since) my immigration to Canada, it is only Access Alliance that finally facilitated the realization of such a dream.
