Position Description
The Health Equity Office is seeking a full-time, permanent Research & Evaluation Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager of Health Equity, the Research & Evaluation Coordinator will provide coordination and assist in the development and implementation of research and evaluation initiatives including study design, data collection, analysis, confidential storage, report writing and preparation of manuscripts for research publications. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive literature searches, assist in writing grant proposals, manage all aspects of data collection and processing, and coordinate all relevant protocols to ensure compliance for scientific activities including REB protocols. Responsibilities also include assisting in the development and implementation of evaluation tools, monitoring day-to-day aspects of research and evaluation projects and assisting with knowledge translation (KT) activities such as building and delivering KT plans.
The Research and Evaluation Coordinator will work with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
