Build the skills to thrive in one of Canada’s fastest-growing fields, healthcare data analytics. This 12-week bridging program equips internationally educated healthcare professionals with technical tools, data systems knowledge, and employer-ready experience to succeed in analytics, decision support, and informatics roles. |
Step into healthcare leadership with a Canadian lens. This 12-week program is designed for internationally educated professionals with clinical or administrative backgrounds, preparing you for roles in operations, project management, patient services, and administrative leadership roles within Ontario’s healthcare organizations. |

All participants receive a micro-credential from the Rotman School of Management a globally recognized institution known for leadership in business management, healthcare innovation, analytics, and executive education.
Program Eligibility
- Be 18 years or older and a resident of Ontario.
- Relevant post-secondary education and/or training in healthcare
- 2-4 years of professional experience in healthcare field outside of Canada
- Meet a minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 or higher
- Hold one of the following statuses:
- Permanent Resident or Naturalized Canadian Citizen
- Provincial Nominee (excluding international student stream)
- Refugee claimant or Emergency Travel visitor with an open work permit
- Temporary foreign worker with Approval in Principle from IRCC
Additional program highlights:
- Financial support(e.g. transportation, exam fee, etc)

- Hands-on experience via mentoring, internships, and job shadowing
- Personalized service planning unique to your career path
The program is partially funded by the Government of Ontario – participants have to pay $315 +HST.
