Temporary Full-Time Youth Mental Health and Wellness Project Director

 

This position is a contract position until March 31, 2023 with possible extension. This role will be responsible the spread and scale of the existing Youth Mental Health and Wellness Hub (Hub) model into the Thorncliffe Park, Flemingdon Park and Taylor Massey communities.  Working closely with local providers, community leaders and youth, this role with engage stakeholder to design and project manage the launch of the Hubs, and support broader strategy and implementation of the Child and Youth Mental Health, Wellness and Substance Use population focus for the East Toronto Health Partners.  The role will be employed and hosted by Michael Garron Hospital, on behalf of the East Toronto Health.
