Step 1: Go to https://immigrantresearchers.ning.com/ and click Sign in.
Step 2: Login to IRSN network
Step 3: Click on your name and go to your profile page
Step 4: Click on options and click on Upload
Step 5: Select the picture you want to upload
Step 6: Confirm upload
Note: you will see the updated profile picture after successful upload.
