Joins us for an informative and customized workshop focusing on tips & tricks of grant writing.

Whether you are seeking $5K from your local government or $100K+, this class will provide time-saving tips you can start using by the end of workshop. It benefits beginner to intermediate grant writers.

This is a self-directed workshop. We will touch on different aspects of grant application writing including but not limited to: tips & tricks of writing a successful grant proposal, how to prepare supporting documents, where to research for additional data & information, and setting up timeline to meet deadline.

Workshop Objectives

  1. You will practice writing sections of a grant application of your choice.
    2. You will become familiar with grant research process.
    3. You will work in small groups to review example proposals.
    4. You will learn best practices in fulfilling grant provider's requirements.

About Your Trainer

Asha Rajak, CEO of Yalamaya, will lead the workshop. As a grant reviewer she has evaluated $15M+ in grants and contracts for government programs in immigration, trade, and media. As a grant writer she has helped companies, non-profits and charitable organizations develop winning proposal strategies for government grants.
