A platform to exchange ideas and identify policy recommendations that lead to better economic outcomes.

About this Event

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Forum Hire-Retain-Advance Internationally Trained Professionals, hosted by the four quadrant Local Immigration Partnerships in Toronto.

This forum will bring together representatives of employer champions, professional associations and service providers (with bridging and soft skills programs) that support Internationally Trained Professionals (ITPs).

This forum is a valuable platform for exchanging ideas and identifying:

  • Best practices used by the private and non-profit sectors, which facilitate hiring, retaining, and career advancement of ITPs.
  • Policy Recommendations to facilitate the implementation of best practices and ideas in both sectors, to produce better economic outcomes.

This forum is part of a city-wide project organized by the four Toronto quadrant LIPs (Local Immigration Partnerships) on November 8, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

There are a few spots left for representatives of:

  • Employers with good practices in hiring and leveraging ITPs' potential
  • Professional associations with programs and services that help ITPs.

If you have any questions, please contact Gabriela Casineanu at Research@torontolip.com.

Warm regards,

Hire-Retain-Advance Forum Team
